By booking with Galaxy Ride you agree to these terms. Fares are quoted upfront and may include tolls, parking and driver allowance for outstation trips, shown transparently before confirmation.

Cancellations made up to one hour before pickup are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee. Waiting charges may apply beyond the included free waiting time.

Galaxy Ride is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or events beyond our control, but we will always do our best to keep you informed and on time.
