Refund Policy

Cancel your booking up to one hour before pickup for a full refund. Refunds for prepaid online bookings are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For cancellations within one hour of pickup, a nominal cancellation fee may apply. No-shows are non-refundable.
