Driver Verification Process

Every Galaxy Ride chauffeur is thoroughly vetted before taking a single ride. We verify government ID, driving licence and address, and run a police background check.

Drivers complete vehicle inspection and a customer-service and safe-driving training programme. Our hill-station drivers receive additional ghat-road training.

We continuously monitor ratings and feedback. Only professional, courteous, multilingual drivers represent Galaxy Ride.
